Warranty
We stand behind our products. If your Vratim Shoes or other gear have a material or workmanship flaw, we will do as much as we can to get you back to playing whether it's on stage or in your home! We personally inspect all of our shoes once the manufacturing is complete - any shoe that we deem unfit to sell we throw out. That being said, we are only human and sometimes unfit shoes slip by. If you receive a defective pair of shoes, you may return them for a refund up to 30 days after receiving the shoes. After 30 days, we can still do an exchange for a new pair of shoes and will work with customers on a case by case basis. Additional Note: as a way to provide a lower cost option, we have recently started to offer shoes with cosmetic blemishes at a discounted price. The structural integrity and design of these shoes have not been compromised in any way, but the cosmetic appearance of the shoes is not up to our standards. The sales for these shoes are final. If something happens to a blemished pair of shoes you purchase, we will always do what we can to accommodate you and work things out though.

    Amazing Product

    This company is very unique and appeals to a growing crowd of drummers. These shoes are light weight, very grippy to the pedals, and of course very comfortable. I would recommend these shoes to any drummer interested in feeling more comfortable on the kit and even looking to look better behind the kit as well! Also, a huge thank you to Vratim for being quick with orders and generous with what they give you additionally in your packages. 10/10 for this product!!

    Incredible Drumming Shoes!

    I've been going back and forth between playing with shoes and going barefoot/socks ever since I started drumming. I like being able to wear shoes while I play for many reasons, especially for safety (touring and walking around your kit in the dark on foreign stages can lead to foot injuries), but I couldn't ever find shoes that me play with the same touch and feel I get from barefoot. These shoes finally fill that gap - I'm wearing shoes while drumming, but I can hardly tell! They have incredible feel and touch and do not inhibit my footwork at all compared to heavier, bulkier shoes. They're incredibly lightweight, breathable, and overall well-made. I seriously couldn't recommend these more, they're so comfortable. Get yourself a pair now!! Sincerely, a drummer of 13 years and now a Vratim fan for life.
