Warranty
We stand behind our products. If your Vratim Shoes or other gear have a material or workmanship flaw, we will do as much as we can to get you back to playing whether it's on stage or in your home! We personally inspect all of our shoes once the manufacturing is complete - any shoe that we deem unfit to sell we throw out. That being said, we are only human and sometimes unfit shoes slip by. If you receive a defective pair of shoes, you may return them for a refund up to 30 days after receiving the shoes. After 30 days, we can still do an exchange for a new pair of shoes and will work with customers on a case by case basis. Additional Note: as a way to provide a lower cost option, we have recently started to offer shoes with cosmetic blemishes at a discounted price. The structural integrity and design of these shoes have not been compromised in any way, but the cosmetic appearance of the shoes is not up to our standards. The sales for these shoes are final. If something happens to a blemished pair of shoes you purchase, we will always do what we can to accommodate you and work things out though.

    It was my third time ordering the VRATIM Drum Shoe and I'm still convinced it's the best thing to wear on your feet for playing drums. By now I'm completely used to the comfort of them doing the pedal work. Wouldn't want to step back from this habit.

    From the minute I played with Vratim shoes, I noticed a huge difference in my control. These are a must have for any drummer out there!

    Not only are they my new favorite drum shoe but they look nice with casual or dress clothes and they are comfortable for normal daily walking!

    I have been playing drums with socks for at least the last ten years, so shoes are getting used to. However ,if you need to go buy a pair these are the ones you want. Very comfortable, sturdy yet flexible and light. Nice breathing material for when you have an more intensive drumsession/workout. Also really great not feeling the cold pedals when starting to play.

    Absolutely the best shoe on the market for drummers. I love the light weight feel with the additional support. The grip/tread provides perfect traction while playing. The shoes are very stylish and comfortable that I have found myself wearing them to work from time to time.
