Warranty
We stand behind our products. If your Vratim Shoes or other gear have a material or workmanship flaw, we will do as much as we can to get you back to playing whether it's on stage or in your home! We personally inspect all of our shoes once the manufacturing is complete - any shoe that we deem unfit to sell we throw out. That being said, we are only human and sometimes unfit shoes slip by. If you receive a defective pair of shoes, you may return them for a refund up to 30 days after receiving the shoes. After 30 days, we can still do an exchange for a new pair of shoes and will work with customers on a case by case basis. Additional Note: as a way to provide a lower cost option, we have recently started to offer shoes with cosmetic blemishes at a discounted price. The structural integrity and design of these shoes have not been compromised in any way, but the cosmetic appearance of the shoes is not up to our standards. The sales for these shoes are final. If something happens to a blemished pair of shoes you purchase, we will always do what we can to accommodate you and work things out though.

    Great Drum Shoe

    I'm really pleased with the drum shoe II. It has a light, sleek design and really contours the pedals well. I always wore vans when I played, but these have just the right amount of support that vans don't have. Will definitely be buying Vratims again!

    Fantastic shoe all around. Usually play drums barefoot, but these shoes are so light and comfortable I now play with these and have superb control.

    Gloves for your feet

    As a (somewhat) older drummer, these shoes finally gave me relief from some of my typical aches and pains after playing four 50 minute sets of music. I can't recommend these shoes enough. The feel is incredible and the support is just right. As a huge added bonus, the customer service at Vratim is world-class.

    Best Shoe EVER

    I'm not a drummer, but am into the music scene, and these are seriously, the lightest, most comfortable, and durable shoes I've ever worn in my life. Every musician whether you play drums or just play gigs on stage needs a pair! I normally wear an 11.5 and the FAQ said to round up since they don't do half sizes so i got a 12 and they fit perfectly. Thanks Vratim for making such a killer shoe!!!!!

    bit sceptical about buying shoes online all the way from Mittagong nsw Australia....however i sent my sizes to to and got a immediate helpful reponse ..the shoes arrived promptly and they fit live a glove ! with sox or no sox my pedals are gliding live I was 20 again ...thanks folks , red pair next

    Brilliant product. The best drum shoes ever! I always have problem with shoes on footboards. There were too slippery but this shoes have great balance to advance comfort of playing.

    Exceeds expectations!

    Although I loved the look of the shoe regardless, I was skeptical on how much it could really do for my drumming... WAS. From the first time I wore it, I felt a new level of grip and mobility, especially around my ankles. I noticed an instantaneous increase in speed due to the incredible light weight of the shoe. For the longer, grindier sessions in the Australian heat, the shoe provided amazing airflow; almost as if it was sucking all the hot air out! All in all im extremely impressed with this shoe, true to the word, it is as if it's an extension of your own foot!
