Shipping

All orders are typically processed within 2 business days unless otherwise stated (i.e. pre-orders, made to order products, etc). Depending on your location and method of shipping chosen at checkout, most domestic US orders arrive between 2-5 business days; International orders may take 2-6 weeks or longer.

You will be able to choose from a variety of shipping options when you checkout. We try to offer a mixture of cost effective and express shipping options.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If our store states we are unable to ship to you, please notify us.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These are only estimates.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based for International orders. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns/Exchange Policy

If you are unsure what size to order, please contact us so that we can help!

You may return most NEW, UNUSED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund* (orders made November thru December are accepted for 60 days or thru January 15 of the following year - whichever is later).

The original cost of shipping is nonrefundable.

We will supply you with a shipping label and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not the result of our error we will provide a shipping label, but the initial shipping cost OR a flat rate of $9.50** return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount - which ever is less. Additionally, items returned to us showing visible signs of being worn, visibly dirty, or damaged will only receive up to a 50% partial refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The fastest way to carry out an exchange is to initiate a standard return and then simply place a new order for the item you would like. Likewise, you can contact us directly with your order number in the title (or log into your store account), to let us know what you would like to exchange and we will contact you back within 48 hours.

To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Additionally you may also email us about your return request. 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.



*Refunds may be subject to a small transaction fee by Paypal or Stripe (our credit card handler), this is very rare though. Returns not resulting from an error on our part will have the initial shipping cost deducted from the refund amount OR a flat rate of $9.50 deducted - whichever is less. Additionally, items returned to us showing visible signs of being used, dirty, or damaged will only receive a maximum 50% partial refund. As a smaller company the impact of having to throw away products because they cannot be repaired takes it's toll and unfortunately too many people have abused our generosity by returning worn, non-salvageable shoes.

**International exchanges will be subject to a higher shipping cost, but may vary depending on the country. Please contact us first to review shipping options and we will help as best we can to supply the lowest shipping costs.
