Warranty
We stand behind our products. If your Vratim Shoes or other gear have a material or workmanship flaw, we will do as much as we can to get you back to playing whether it's on stage or in your home! We personally inspect all of our shoes once the manufacturing is complete - any shoe that we deem unfit to sell we throw out. That being said, we are only human and sometimes unfit shoes slip by. If you receive a defective pair of shoes, you may return them for a refund up to 30 days after receiving the shoes. After 30 days, we can still do an exchange for a new pair of shoes and will work with customers on a case by case basis. Additional Note: as a way to provide a lower cost option, we have recently started to offer shoes with cosmetic blemishes at a discounted price. The structural integrity and design of these shoes have not been compromised in any way, but the cosmetic appearance of the shoes is not up to our standards. The sales for these shoes are final. If something happens to a blemished pair of shoes you purchase, we will always do what we can to accommodate you and work things out though.

    These shoes are amazing, not only do they feel well and play well they look great and are of high quality, priced reasonable and shipped very fast, this company has great Customer service, responds immediately and is helpful in every way! Highly Recommended for not only barefooted drummers but all drummers and musicians, thanks again for everything guys!! Also recommend on following the sizing instructions specified!

    these shoes are super lightweight and comfortable. great grip on my pedals the whole show. so happy I came across these shoes, way better than wearing my Chucks for 2 hours. get rocking in Vratim!!!

    Went from drumming in tattered vans to a pair of these puppies and it's amazing how much control I've gained! Super lightweight and comfy, and they look pretty cool too. Get em : D

    Very comfortable, but the soles need improvements. After about only 6 hours of training with thoses, the soles became pretty worn and smooth. http://i.imgur.com/goVSpFo.png Otherwise they are great!

    Very nice shoe

    I like these shoes. The soles don't slip on the pedal too much, but also don't grip too much. They look nice, which is good because I can't really wear tennis shoes on my gigs. I could even wear these on a tuxedo gig, which I plan to do.The only change I would make is that I would prefer that the tan colored tag on the back of the shoe were black to go along with the rest of the shoe.

    Really pleased with these shoes, definitely lived up to my expectations. Have been trying to find a pair of shoes that were comfortable to play in for a long time and I've found them. Very comfortable and lightweight. Would definitely recommend these shoes. Will be buying Vratim shoes again!!

    Stoked with these new shoes! Seen one of my favourite drummers post about them and thought I'd give them a try. Delivery to Australia was as expected in regards to time. Super comfy and lightweight. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!
