Warranty
We stand behind our products. If your Vratim Shoes or other gear have a material or workmanship flaw, we will do as much as we can to get you back to playing whether it's on stage or in your home! We personally inspect all of our shoes once the manufacturing is complete - any shoe that we deem unfit to sell we throw out. That being said, we are only human and sometimes unfit shoes slip by. If you receive a defective pair of shoes, you may return them for a refund up to 30 days after receiving the shoes. After 30 days, we can still do an exchange for a new pair of shoes and will work with customers on a case by case basis. Additional Note: as a way to provide a lower cost option, we have recently started to offer shoes with cosmetic blemishes at a discounted price. The structural integrity and design of these shoes have not been compromised in any way, but the cosmetic appearance of the shoes is not up to our standards. The sales for these shoes are final. If something happens to a blemished pair of shoes you purchase, we will always do what we can to accommodate you and work things out though.

    I can EASILY say these are the most comfortable and consistent drum shoes I've ever worn. Not only for performing and playing the drums, they've proven many times to be roadworthy and reliable on and off stage. Vratim is an essential part of my setup.

    I have been using the Vratim drum shoe over a week, and it hasn’t even taken me this long to recognize how amazing this shoe is to drum in. Truthfully I can’t say enough. They are comfortable and they look great while also providing tremendous grip on the pedal. The fit itself is snug with the perfect amount of room in the toe without being to long. This shoe is an excellent drumming shoe that is extremely supportive to the playing, but does not get in the way of technique. This is THE one and only drum shoe that any drummer of any style of drumming can benefit from.

    I’ve been drumming for almost 17 years and so I’ve worn a lot of different shoes while playing. Each pair gives me a different feeling which alters my way of playing, and unfortunately most of the shoes I’m wearing just don’t give me that extra mile I’m looking for in practice and at shows. Lucky for me I now have Vratim. These shoes are top notch awesome! Light weight, durable, sticky, and stylish; Vratim definitely put some elbow grease into the design. The comfort is unreal and for that I can play longer sets with no worries about my feet cramping up or slipping; which by the way, that grip allows for such precision on my strikes. I love these shoes and certainly want more!

    Lightweigh Ideal for Discerning Drummer

    I have tried all sorts of shoes in 30 years of drumming and Vratim are definitely the best. Lightweight and very comfortable with new insoles. For me I particularly like the red or black colours.

    Delivered way quicker than expected and I've been able to put them to great use for my most recent performances. Definitely worth not being weighed down by regular shoes anymore.

    A drum shoe for every season

    Vratim has created a superior shoe whether you're behind the kit or in front of it. It is light weight, super comfortable, and looks great. I never thought I'd switch from Chuck Taylors - then I tried Vratim. This shoe is definitely worth checking out.

    The delivery of the shoes was right on time, so within only a short period of time I was drumming / practicing in the most comfortable shoes ever. The packaging was also on point, very professional / trendy. Shoes look great, feel great, correct size. No complaints.

    My New Favorite Shoe

    These things for like a glove for your foot. They are light as a feather, and allow for great gripping of the bass drum and hi hat pedals. I could recommend a better drum shoe. The company is beyond helpful and supportive, and they know what they are doing. Very glad to be a part of VRATIM.
