Warranty
We stand behind our products. If your Vratim Shoes or other gear have a material or workmanship flaw, we will do as much as we can to get you back to playing whether it's on stage or in your home! We personally inspect all of our shoes once the manufacturing is complete - any shoe that we deem unfit to sell we throw out. That being said, we are only human and sometimes unfit shoes slip by. If you receive a defective pair of shoes, you may return them for a refund up to 30 days after receiving the shoes. After 30 days, we can still do an exchange for a new pair of shoes and will work with customers on a case by case basis. Additional Note: as a way to provide a lower cost option, we have recently started to offer shoes with cosmetic blemishes at a discounted price. The structural integrity and design of these shoes have not been compromised in any way, but the cosmetic appearance of the shoes is not up to our standards. The sales for these shoes are final. If something happens to a blemished pair of shoes you purchase, we will always do what we can to accommodate you and work things out though.

    Perfect Shoes!

    I love my Vratim pair! It works like a charm, much easier to have longer sessions when you're playing or practicing foot heavy. Recommended to all drummers! One note, if you're a guy with big feet like myself, I recommend buying half or one size larger. I normally wear shoes and sneakers of size 11 or 11.5. For my Vratim pairs I got a 12 and works perfectly.

    These shoes are amazing. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but after drumming in them for a week, I can see they are well worth it. I'm definitely getting a second pair soon.

    The first ones I got were too small... But the Vratim team was really comprehensive and we were able to find a solution to change the shoes even if I live in Europe. Great shoes ! It was worth the wait.

    I got these for my best friend, who is in a band, and he absolutely loved them! He said they had the best grip he's ever experienced with a shoe. He also wore them while at work, and had no problems with his feet hurting afterwards.

    I've only got to use these a few times so far, being at practice and shows. But holy heck if I didn't feel more comfortable playing in them. I used to play in socks, but sometimes felt uncomfortable just in those. And not to mention having to put shoes on after the set was over. I tried Chuck's as well, but they felt a little too heavy for me, and the sole was pretty thick. These have the perfect grip, a thin sole, are incredibly light, and I can walk around a venue in them. If anyone's on the fence about drum shoes, these are the first ones I'm going to recommend.

    I love them! They are comfortable and theyve helped me with my drumming by gripping my pedal boards. I barely take them off! I have been playing for 17 to 18 years and ive used tins of shoes and they havent came close to these. Light weight and comfortable. Untouchable.
