We stand behind our products. If your Vratim Shoes or other gear have a material or workmanship flaw, we will do as much as we can to get you back to playing whether it's on stage or in your home. Our shoes are covered by a warranty for up to one (1) year after your purchase date!
We personally inspect all of our shoes and items once the manufacturing is complete - anything that we deem unfit to sell we throw out. That being said, we are only human and sometimes unfit items slip by.
If you receive a defective or damaged pair of shoes or other item, please Contact Us immediately.
Even if we determine the item is not covered by our Warranty, all new, unused, and unaltered items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Please view our Return Policy for more information.
If you believe your Shoes show signs of a defect or workmanship flaw, you may Contact Us to file a Warranty Claim at any time during the one year period from your initial purchase date. Once you have initiated a Warranty Claim, we will ask for more information in regards to the defect including photos to help us better understand how we can assist you. In some cases we may provide you with a shipping label to send us the shoes for further inspection to help us improve our designs.
After an approved Warranty Claim, we will cover the shipping cost to send you a new pair of replacement shoes. If we no longer have the exact model or size available, we will give you the option to upgrade to another pair of shoes or we will discuss additional options with you.
Our Shoe Warranty does not cover defects determined to be casued by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
Each Warranty Claim will be treated on a case by case basis, so we can provide you with the best service possible for your individual needs.
Additional Note: as a way to provide a lower cost option, we have recently started to offer shoes with cosmetic blemishes at a discounted price. The structural integrity and design of these shoes have not been compromised in any way, but the cosmetic appearance of the shoes is not up to our standards. The sales for these shoes are final. However, if something happens to a blemished pair of shoes you purchase, we will always do what we can to accommodate you and work things out!
