No Restocking Fees
If your order arrives and it's not perfect, we will do our best to make it right! NO NONESENSE, we promise.
Wrong fit or just not satisfied with the product? You can return new, unused, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
(Orders made November - December are accepted for 60 days or through January 15 of the following year - whichever is later.)

Returns Policy
- Returned items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition and include the original box and/or packaging (you are welcome to keep any promotional items included).
- Once your return is received, we will inspect the item (usually within 24 hours of receipt). Your refund will be processed and a credit willbe applied to your credit cart or original payment method. Please note: depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 2-10 days after your refund is applied to appear on your account.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your order back to the VRATIM warehouse.
- Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please Contact Us if you are unsure about the size and fit prior to placing your order. We are happy to help you choose the best size for you!
- If this policy is abused, we can charge a returning fee, restocking fee, or refuse service. Additionally, items returned to us showing visible signs of being used, dirty, or damaged will only receive a maximum 50% partial refund less the cost of shipping at our discretion. As a smaller company the impact of having to throw away items because they cannot be repaired takes it's toll.
- See below for instructions on how to return your order. All returns need to be authorized by prior to shipping your items back to the VRATIM warehouse.
Return Shipping Options
- For customers based in the United States, we can provide a prepaid UPS or USPS shipping label. An email will be sent specifying the shipping service. You can print out the label yourself or use the provided QR code and bring the return to a UPS or USPS drop-off location. Both options incur the same fee of $10, which will be deducted from your total refund amount once the return has been processed.
- For customers in any location (US or International), you may use the carrier of your choice to return your order to us once your return has been authorized. We recommend shipping with a method that includes tracking. Please provide us with the tracking information once you ship your return.
- All shipments must be prepaid; packages shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees charged to VRATIM will be rejected. Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a $10 Service Fee.
- International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. The Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
Exchanges
- Need to make an exchange? The fastest way to carry out an exchange is place a new order after you process your return. This means you'll claim the inventory and get your new item(s) fast!
- If your exchange order qualifies for free shipping, it will be applied.
- You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us.
Order Cancellation / Modifications
- If you change your mind, act fast! We process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST are typically processed for shipment the same day.
- Orders can be modified or cancelled while your order status is "Awaiting Fulfillment." Once your order status has changed to "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Defects and Damaged Items
- If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please Contact Us immediately. We may ask for additional information about the defect along with photos. This will help us better understand the issue and provide you with the best solution possible.
- If you receive an item that is visibly damaged, please Contact Us immediately. Please keep all the original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but we will assist customers with these claims to the best of our ability. In most cases, we will simply send you a new item and handle the claim ourselves.
Warranty Returns
- Our Shoe Warranty covers material and workmanship flaws for up to one year after your purchase date. For additional information, please view our Warranty.
- We treat each Warranty Claim on a case by case basis. Please Contact Us to start a Warranty Claim.
- Warranty Claims will be processed at our discretion. When a Warranty Claim is approved, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
Return Process
- To return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Additionally you may also email us your return request.
- Take your return to the nearest UPS or USPS drop-off location or shipping carrier of your choice.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
- After your item is inspected we will issue a refund at our discretion in accordance with our Return Policy.
- You will be notified via email once we process your refund.
