All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated (i.e. pre-orders, made to order products, etc). Your location and method of shipping chosen at checkout, will determine the shipping time. Most orders with Standard Shipping arrive between 3-5 business days for the continental US and 1-3 weeks or longer for International orders.

Shipping estimated time of arrivals displayed at checkout are only estimates. Please Contact Us for more exact shipping times before placing your order.

Shipments are typically sent via UPS, USPS, and sometimes FedEx or DHL for International orders. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all shipments over one pound will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Once your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Shipping Method Explanation

You will typically be able to choose from three (3) shipping options when you checkout. For International orders, the shipping time does not reflect the time for customs processing. Available options are automatically displayed based on your shipping address and items in your cart:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery typically in 3-5 business days for US, 1-3 weeks for International.

Expedited

  • Delivery typically in 1-3 business days for US, 4-6 days for International.

Fastest

  • Delivery typically in 1-2 business days for US, 2-4 days for International.

Shippments are processed by 3:00 pm EST. Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST will usually ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, or most US holidays.

Shipments within the United States

Orders $200 and over, shipping to addresses in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, qualify for our free Standard Shipping.

For PO Boxes and APO addresses, our system should automatically only allow shipment via USPS. We will also manually verify the shipping method prior to processing the shipment.


International Shipments 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If our store states we are unable to ship to you, please Contact Us.

(Note: there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.)

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We try our best to be accommodating and helpful.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.

As we grow we hope to find ways to lower the fees for international shipping for our customers.


Delivery Policy

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. We have no means to accommodate specific package placement requests; please coordinate this with your local shipping services. If you require a signature for your order, please Contact Us before placing your order.

Backorders

We do not typically take backorders for out of stock items, however items which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please Contact Us immediately. It's a good idea to take a photo of the package where it is and/or additional photos of the damaged package and items. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but we will assist customers with these claims to the best of our ability. In most cases, we will simply send you a new item and handle the claim ourselves.
